Thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the carrier. To be fair, you should tell the whole story. Although the driver said he was going to deliver on Saturday, he called you to inform you of the accident he got into. When he tried to deliver the next day, which by the way was still 2 days early, security would not allow the truck into the gated community that you live in. We can not provide door to door service if the location of delivery does not allow a truck to gain access, this is not something that we can control. Glad to hear that your car was delivered safely and on time exactly the way you hired us to do. Thanks and best of luck to you on future moves.
