This was my first experience shipping a car. I did my due diligence and decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. Angela was very responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns. The carrier assigned was communicative and arrived on-time. It took 7 days to transport my car from MA to CA. The delivery driver was friendly and dropped the car right at my door. The only complaint would be that the broker did not continue the same responsiveness once the carrier was scheduled to pickup. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.
