First time transporting a vehicle, good experience

We needed to transport our daughter's car from our home in FL to NV. Having never done this before we started with an internet search and contacted 2 companies for quotes.The process seemed confusing and contact with the companies didn't provide many details. We then found a site listing the top 5 transport companies and Ship a Car Direct was listed. After reading reviews, we clicked on their website and were pleased to find informative videos explaining every aspect of the process which we found extremely helpful. We contacted them and got a quote that mirrored the other 2 companies so we booked confidently with Ship a Car Direct.

During the entire process communication via email was excellent. Our assigned carrier, Rick, provided excellent communication by phone keeping us up to date.. We requested a pick up window starting on 7/6 and Rick arrived the morning of 7/7 which was totally acceptable. Within 20 minutes the paperwork was done and the car loaded to go.. Rick expected to arrive at the destination on 7/18 and actually got there on 7/17.

From start to finish our experience was perfect. The employees we dealt with at Ship a Car Direct were great. The carrier team of Rick and his wife were efficient and polite. While we are receiving a small rebate for this review, we would have given the same glowing review anyway and have recommended them to a friend.
