The entire process went well, pretty much just as Ship-a-Car Direct had promised. Pick up was a day late but delivery a day early. This is my third time being involved with shipping a car. The first two times were disasters. The first time the company lost my car. The second time the car was delivered nearly 3 weeks after the promised delivery date. I was very skeptical going into this shipment but Ship-a-Car Direct and Carolina Transportation exceeded my expectations.
