Hi Travis, we are sorry to hear that pick up did not go as planned, but we are glad our customer rep was able to assist you until the vehicle got picked up. Unfortunately, there can be delays in the transport industry and its best to plan for a window of time for the driver, don’t worry we will open this up with the carrier so that we can continue to improve our service.
