Bruce regularly emailed me to manage expectations and then promptly told me when transport was arranged. Everything went as expected with the only minor problem that my daughter didn't receive a phone call by driver - instead, he knocked on door, and luckily she was home. Could be that she didn't hear phone, but in any event, wasn't a problem. We were immediately notified that our car had been picked up, and then were called by transport delivery at destination city the day before, and the morning of delivery. Very professional, and price was exactly as promised. Tronx Logistics provided regular communication after car pick-up and through delivery.
