Matt, with Shipcardirect, was very professional. He maintained constant contact with me via e-mail during the entire process. Whenever I needed to make direct phone contact with him or asked for a call back, he promptly returned my call. I also felt he went the extra mile when we were having trouble contracting a carrier to pick up my car in Williamsburg. Va. I had a deadling for car pick up before we physically moved out of state and we were running out of time. Matt deducted $100 from my $225 deposit fee and added it to the fee offered potential carriers. He then credited that $100 back to me. The addition fee amount offered seemed to work as a company named Ace Auto Trans agreed to pick up the car a day before my move date. The process for pick up and delivery also went smoothly with us receiving our car in an agreed period of time. Easy access to the personnel at Ace Auto Trans was also provided with back up if needed provided by Matt.
