These guys simply take $225 (still waiting for Matt to credit the promised $30 discount...) to refer your shipping request to an actual transport company - during our delays and challenges with the actual transport company (Lions Transport - stay away!) they just said "sorry these guys are usually good". I felt like I could have easily found a bad transport company just about anywhere online by myself so it was kind of a gut punch to have paid up front for a bad referral.
