Overall, the experience was good. However, communication was lacking on the part of my contact. I would email or call and often not receive messages back in a timely manner. Timing of pick up and delivery could have been better but I understand that estimating those in this industry is hard. Car was dirty when delivered (though that's what I expected from an open carrier).
