Everything was wonderful! Emily was super knowledge and super friendly! I was a little nervous about the situation but Emily answered all my questions when I was worried about not confirming a carrier! The carrier was on time with pickup and was able to be flexible on delivery in Washington! I thought I was going to have to get a rental car for a couple days but they were super accommodating and I was able to get my car two days early and met the carrier right after I got off the plane in Washington and could cancel my rental. The people were super nice and it was a very easy experience. My car had no damage and I would absolutely use Ship a Car Direct again!! :)
