Overall I was very pleased with my experience. The people at Ship a Car Direct were very informative, sent several communications with reminders and status updates and gave some good tips. You knew they were with you every step of the way and were always there to answer questions! My carrier was A Plus Auto Shippers and again was pleased with that experience as well. I did put down the earliest pickup date for Wednesday and they didn't come until Friday which i was slightly bummed about but knew from the start that the pickup date could not be guaranteed. The carrier dispatch team was very friendly, informative, and was willing to make accommodations during our pickup/drop off. The only thing that could've been improved would be the communication from the driver who picked up my car. He called the night before stating that he would be there between 9-11, but that morning i didn't hear from him and when i finally initiated the communication around 9am, he said he had just woke up and would be there around 12:30-1 and he didn't end up showing up till 1:30-2. Though the time still worked for us, it would've been nice for him to have committed to the time he stated the night before, and knowing that it changed, i would've liked him to initiate that communication. But besides that one part, everything else went very well, and i was overall pleased with the service.
