We dealt with Tom from Ship A Car Direct. He was professional, straightforward and easy to work with. Their auto transport process was clearly explained through phone calls, emails and easy to watch, quick videos. The actual transport of our auto went just about as smoothly as Ship A Car Direct described it. This was our first experience using an auto transporter, and we would do it again should the need arise, and we would gladly use Ship A Car Direct. Thanks.
