I was always able to get in touch with the carrier to ask about the status of my vehicle. The car arrived a few days late. During the late period, I was able to contact the driver. He let me know where he was located and just how much longer it would take for him to arrive at the destination. When the car arrived, it was in the same condition that it was picked up. I would recommend this carrier to others.
