The videos on their web site pretty much tell it like it is in that there are no surprises with this outfit. By paying a little more with this company (their quotes were higher than most I was getting), you get peace of mind, a solid company reputation, reliability and the knowledge that your driver isn't someone with a bad service record. When I started conducting research for this endeavor of shipping 2 cars across country, I was amazed at how many companies offered this service. There are hundreds! I went with this one largely because they were very highly rated by consumer affairs and because in getting quotes their customer service wasn't horrible or shady. I'm still getting quotes to ship my second car, but I'll probably choose this one again based on my relatively positive experience. But their quotes were definitely higher. My only complaint is that I made my car available on a Saturday and it took until Tuesday before they got it.
