Raul and Pedro each greeted me in friendly manner. First contact was from third party stating drivers were in the LA area, at 2:30 pm. and could pick up the car on this same day. This was agreeable to me, but contact person(no name) could not specify exact arrival time. No further contact was made on this afternoon; I called back at 7:15 pm and told them they would have to come tomorrow as I could not conduct business in the dark. There was no further communication until 2pm the next day when Raul called to tell me he was outside the gate. I met both men, photographed my car with men present, they noted current condition simultaneously. They drove car onto transport. Five days later, I received a call from Raul saying he was here. I was across the bay in Tampa on business, and told him advance notice would be helpful; I would meet him at my home at noon. He arrived at 1:30, with no call nor explanation. Car was unloaded, examined; and in expected post transport condition. Both men were happy to receive their tips. Clear, precise communication with driver team appears to be impeded by second language deficits. Recommend transport with an improved third party dispatcher.
