It was a daunting task to find and choose a company to ship my son and his fiance's cars across country from Illinois to Washington. Most reviews were horrible with nightmare stories, such as Day 22 still waiting for pickup, so our anxiety was great when arranging this. Tom from Ship a Car Direct was constantly in touch with us during the process of bidding for carrier's, explaining the process every step of the way. When it took a few days longer than I expected for a bid to come in, he was very reassuring and sure enough it all happened as he said. The shipper they used Fifth Wheel was great about keeping in touch and the driver kept us informed of when he would be in Washington for delivery. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again and recommend them to friends.
