Ship a Car Direct is by far the best customer service experience I had. I transported my car couple of times in the past using other well known car ship broker and could tell a major difference in quality. Kay, my agent keeps me updated as to the latest status and always available if I had any questions. They also guarantee protection on my car which most major car ship broker do not cover and may have to purchase separately. I feel that they really try to work very hard to earn my business.
