Thanks for your feedback, Jake. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. It may be helpful for future shippers to know there is a process for damage claims. Your carrier is insured and everyone is just waiting on your claim, so please submit those repair estimates ASAP. (Bad reviews don't fix damage, insurance claims and repair shops do!)
