I had a broken down, non-running car that I needed to ship from Charlotte, NC to Newton, MA. After reading reviews on the Transport Reviews website, I contacted the three top-rated companies listed. One of the responses I got was from Jason at "Ship A Car Direct" & his professionalism, friendliness, & guidance sold me on his company. His correspondence pointed me to helpful videos that explained the process & he got me a quote & a driver as soon as I was ready to ship.

The driver who Jason connected me to was Thom Valley Trucking & they were outstanding. Thom (the company's owner) showed up at my house on-time & even found a way to get his hauler down my dead end street which saved me some hassle. He was able to jump my car & get it on to his hauler in no time at all. He was extremely friendly yet very professional & delivered the car on-time to Newton, MA in the same condition in which it was when it left NC. The hauler he used was "open" & the delivery was done for the quoted amount. Please note that the price would have been $650 but my car was not in running condition so there was an additional charge of $125. This was disclosed to me upfront so no surprises. I mention it to point out that if you're car is running, the fee may be less than what I paid. If I ever need to ship another car, I wouldn't hesitate in using Ship A Car Direct again.
