The reason I picked Ship A Car Direct was Matt. He was always there when I had a question and they have a bunch of videos to help educate you about the process. Their price was very competitive. I wanted to book really early but he explained to me that most carriers don't need a months notice. He found me a carrier in plenty of time. The driver had some repair issues which delayed the pick date up a few days but he was right on time for the delivery so all worked out. The car arrived undamaged and just like I left it. I would recommend them to anyone and would use their service again. And yes, this is my honest experience with them.
