Shipper was good, drivers/loading...not so much

I would use Safe Direct again because I don't think they can really help who is driving and doing the pick up. My driver was late initially (which caused me to miss my flight), and there were issues about some things I had in my trunk (my bass, etc) - AFTER the driver picked up my car, they told me that they wanted $100 more. David was very helpful in resolving the issue though (I didn't end up paying more).

When my car was delivered, the driver kept insisting that I needed to meet him to get my car because there were too many trees around, but when I placed the order, we had agreed on pick up and dropoff at my location. After all, they had my car and I didn't have another means of transportation. The driver also hit the curb when he pulled my car off to the side of the road - totally messed up my tire and hubcap, then had the nerve to demand more tip money! I didn't even know that it was normal to tip them? Anyway, he had just messed up my tire and I had to argue with him previously to get him to deliver my car close enough to walk, so I wasn't a fan.

So yea, Safe Direct was good, but the drivers? Yikes...

UPDATE: I drove my car for a bit last night, and the bottom fell out! It was scraping on the ground. I did not have this issue before, so I can only assume that during transport my car hit something or during loading (I didn't see anything bad happen during unloading except my tire). I have contacted Safe-Direct to see if there is anything they can do, because I will have to get my car fixed.
