This was my first time shipping a car so I was a bit skeptical and nervous. I was particularly concerned when the driver did not show up during the time frame scheduled. However I am told that this is normal for truck drivers because traffic or one late drop off/pick may shift their entire schedule back. All in all the driver did end up coming on the same date requested and the car arrived safely and in great condition with no scratches. I was shipping a porsche and am grateful it arrived safely. I would definitely recommend safe direct again. If you are using them ask for David because he made me feel much better about the process as a whole.
