Horrible service

This company is horrible! They do not honor their word, don't know if or when my car was picked up by the driver. David tells me someone must be with my car to sign off for the driver. I spend several hours until I find a friend of my daughters who agrees to go wait with my car until the driver comes.Both the driver or David refused to call me back for hours while I and my daughters friend who was waiting with my car heard nothing friom the driver or david at safe-direct-car- shipping. The next morning when I speak with David I ask why they treated me with such disregard for my time & emotional distress, he tells me to drop the drama & hangs up on me. When I call another number for this company Tom answers & by his response it is clear he has already talked to David. He too tells me to lose the drama. Nice, they don't know if my car was or wasn't picked up & they have the nerve to be rude & tell me to lose the drama. If you value your car; menatal well being & financises, run don't walk from these guys!!!!!

I am sorry it didn't work out Kathleen, but we did have an excellent carrier confirmed for you and your vehicle was loaded on the scheduled day. You didn't return our calls or read our email notifications at the time your carrier was assigned (days before your vehicle was due for pick-up) nor did you pay your deposit. Though you had plenty of time to resolve any questions before the vehicle was loaded, you demanded immediate last minute attention. However, there isn't always truck status information immediately - sometimes it takes a few minutes or a few hours for a driver to get back to us when they are on the road. Unfortunately your expectations could not be accommodated immediately, so after the truck was already en route we had to ask the carrier to return your vehicle back to the pick-up location (at a great inconvenience for everyone involved). We disagree with your version of events as well as your description of our customer service. We would have much preferred for the transaction to be successful for you, for the trucker, and for us.
