This was my first time shipping a car and I didn't know what to expect. I chose Safe-Direct because their quote was comparable to other I received, and they had excellent customer reviews. They are also certified with the Better Business Bureau, which most car shippers are not.

I talked to Jason, who explained every step of the process to me. The car was picked up and delivered within the time window he told me. I called the shipping company several times to track the car's progress.

The car arrived safely at its destination with no problems. I would recommend Safe-Direct to anyone new to shipping their car.
