This was the first time I have ever shipped a car and I was very nervous about the whole process. My first contact was Jason at Safe Direct and he was a terrific person to work with. Jason was prompt in responding to all my questions and he explained how the shipping business works. The car was deliverd a bit late and at a somewhat inconvenient time, but that wasn't much of a concern for me as my first priority was that the car arrive in good condition. Jimmy, the driver was very friendly and did not mind me calling him to check on the schedule. All in all, the whole experience was smooth and relatively painless and I was completely satisfied with Safe Direct's service. I would absolutely use them again if the need ever arose!
