My family and I decided to make the move from Los Angeles, CA to Chicago, IL and needed to transport one of our cars - a 2002 Ford escape. I'm not one to take a huge decision like this lightly, so I spent many hours researching the car shipping process online before deciding to utilize Safe-Direct Car Shipping, which had outstanding reviews online. I called up Safe-Direct and spoke with Jason, who answered all of my newbie questions and then some. His expertise and friendly manner convinced me that his company was the way to go. After submitting one simple form, a carrier was assigned (Azure), and everything flowed perfectly. The driver showed up on time, gave me his estimated delivery date, and dropped the car off a week later. Communication with the driver was consistent and friendly. He even personally dropped my car off at my place, as his truck could'nt come down my street. I couldn't be happier with how smooth the entire process was - absolutely not one single problem or issue from the beginning of the process to the end, and all at a competitive price. I'd definitely recommend Safe-Direct to friends and family, and if I ever need car transport services again, I'll call them up.
