Due to business demands I was unable to drive my car cross country and quickly needed to find a transport service. The last time I shipped a car it was transported inside the moving van along with my household goods and was returned damaged. I didn't want this repeated and searched for carriers. I looked at several alternatives from my initial search and settled on Safe Direct because the process was clearly explained, I was promised a single point of contact, the videos helped me learn how it would work and the price was competitive. They met all of their commitments, over-communicated the pick up and delivery process and followed-up to make sure I was satisfied.
