Great experience with Safe Car Direct

I had originally called Safe Car Direct after I cancelled on another car transport company because of how unprofessional and uninformative they were.

Jason from Safe Car Direct was wonderful from start to finish. He clearly explained to me the process of shipping my car (from boston to california) and reminded me I had the final call on the transport service he set me up with.

The company I was set up with was TransAuto Logistics and they were very professional. Car was picked up and delivered on time - expected delivery was between 7-10 days and it was delivered early morning on the 7th day. I called them about half way through the 7 days and they gave me a location of my car and ETD. No damage I could see.

There are plenty of terrible car transport companies out there that are extremely sketchy and its hard to choose who to go through. I was overwhelmed with how many companies I found online and it was hard to pick who to go through. Especially when being a first time car "transporter". Overall Safe Car Direct was a great experience - I would HIGHLY recommenced both them and Transauto Logistics.
