Overall my experience was positive, and my car was shipped from Oregon to Texas in a reasonable time and without damage. Dave was quick to answer my emails and respond to my questions, so the communication lines were open and good.

It did take a long time to actually have a carrier assigned to the job. In fact we had to leave my car with a friend because we still had not heard a pickup date by the time of our flight to Texas. Luckily it moved quickly after that!

If you are in a somewhat remote area, be sure to communicate up front where you could deliver your car to to be picked up (if you can get it to a metro area or near a major interstate). This was a big part of our problem that delayed the pickup.
