I was referred to E-Express as the carrier and was very happy with my experience. They were in regular contact about when they would arrive which did change a few times but was within 24 hours of when originally expected. For obvious reasons, the car was dirty on the outside, but I did notice the car was a bit dirty in the front passenger seat as well. I was able to wipe up the dirt easily. Beby was easily reached and pleasant to work with. I got regular follow up emails from Jason at Safe-Direct and didnt need to contact him except for the original call. The videos online are quick and helpful. I would suggest everyone watch them. I would definitely use Safe-Direct again.
