Well, my overall experience was so, so. I needed my car picked up no later than the 8th of the month which was successful, but drop-off did not go as smoothly. The rep who was driving the truck that my car was on barely spoke any English. I had a very difficult time understanding him and he sounded irritated during every conversation. The car did get dropped off within the 7-10 day window I was told it would, but it was like pulling teeth to get them to drop the car off at my home address the way I was told it would and it never ended up making it there. After a few hasty arguments with a few different people, my car got dropped off at my grandparents. My experience wasn't terrible but it wasn't ideal either.
