Overall experience was good considering I received my car with no damage in a reasonable time frame.
Safe Direct is good on the Customer Service but they are just contracting your transport out to another carrier company. The carrier was a day late and was initially hard to get a hold of but once I had the driver’s cell number he always answered and let me know when it would arrive and their approximate location. The original quote was for $625 but they said we needed to raise it to $725 later on. The only complaint I have is they told me if I changed the pick up location to a different city near me (Plano) it would have a better chance of getting a carrier to pick it up. Turns out changing it only caused big confusion with the carrier company as they had no idea where to go to pick up the car and initially never asked me. Like I said overall I am very happy I received my car exactly the way it was (minus dirty) in a timely fashion and I would use them again.
