I was worried about dealing with a car transporter because of the on line stories I read. The process went much better than I ever expected. A driver was found for my car within hours of submitting my order. Pick up was scheduled exactly when I needed it and I was contacted by the transporter the day before. I was surprised because the pick up location was 50 miles oustide of New York city. I was contacted again by the transporter the day before delivery and again 1 1/2 hours before delivery. Delivery took only 6 days cross country. The price of the transport was very competitive and I was able to return my rental car two days early at a savings.
