Service from Tom was very good. Would use them again. When the 1st carrier arrived he said he would arrive nearly a week earlier than requsted. Tom was able to quickly change the carrier who arrived the next day and delivered the car on time. Our carrier was a bit lazy in not wanting to come up our street, a call to Tom quickly resolved any issues the carrier had. Safedirect answered any questions on the carrier. When we asked for background information on the carrier such as licenses and insurance safe direct provided the information without issue. The recommendation i would have for others is that some carriers don't allow you to put anything in the trunk and others do. Secondly for an open carrier its helpful that you get a good spot on the truck to protect from road debris. My only gripe was that the car was really dirty on arrival.
