From the time I first spoke to someone at Safe-Direct I was treated with excellent customer service and knowledge. Tom was very thorough in explaining to me all of the details with regard to the process of the car being picked up and being dropped off to us. We had the car shipped completely across the country from Northern California to Miami, Florida and it arrived earlier than we thought it would. If we ever need another car shipped we will be sure to use Safe-Direct. I would recommend them to anyone looking into shipping a car.
