I was very pleased with the customer service I received. The carrier was willing to pick up my car at my house at whatever day and time worked for me. I appreciated the carriers customer service and willingness to answer all my questions and very quickly too.

The driver kept me updated about where my car was in transit and when it would arrive. The driver even let me choose the location of where I would pick up my car.

The only frustrating thing was that my car arrived very, very dirty, however I understand that it was transported through all sorts of bad weather.
