We were a little nervous about being able to find a carrier over the holidays, but David at Safe Direct was reassuring, and within a day he lined up a carrier for us who would be able to pick up our car in time to meet our schedule. On the loading end, our only issue was having to meet the truck about 10 miles away. Our driver, Mario, of Marana Transport, was familiar with our area, and he knew that he couldn't get very close to our home without brushing against trees. We appreciated that he was not taking any chances damaging his cargo, and he couldn't have been nicer about it. The car arrived in Los Angeles within a day of his original estimate (he was delayed a little due to snow). He was able to unload the car within walking distance of its destination.
