I was quoted at $750 and was reached out to by David, the customer service rep, repeatedly. After about a week, David called me again; this time to let me know that due to the pick-up point, it would be wise to increase my quote bid. He did this is a direct and nice matter and the total price of $845 was still blow the rates I was given by other companies. Once increased, David locked up a transporter within the day. The driver was equally as attentive and agreed to meet me about 3 hours after he got into town in order to accommodate my work schedule. The delivery went smoothly and the was aboslutely no damage to the car (this was my primary concern). All and all, great experience and I would recommend Safe-Direct to anyone that asked.
