Awful experience

My shipment was incomplete. Due to lies and a hold on the truck for no communicated reason I had to fly to Brampton, pick up my truck and drive it myself. The carried was willing to ship it but ship my ride would not let them. They had my money but would not ship the truck. They would not tell me why and after I cancelled the order, they even tried to have another company pick up my truck before I could get in Brampton. The company who had the truck would not let them take it. There are some honest people left (Performance auto Carrier). The fictitious dates they gave me of the delivery time were not even communicated to the carrier. Part way through the shipment in Truro, they charged me more saying the truck was oversize. I am totalled baffled by this treatment and my advice is RUN from Ship My Ride!! There was no order tracking option and they were 6 days giving me a refund for the difference, which by the way was less that I should have received. It appeared one did not know what the other was doing. It was an awful experience, one I hope any other person should NOT have to experience...!!!! RUN from Ship My Ride!!!
