Took $200.00 Deposit but vehicle no picked-up

In september 2008 contacted Secure Auto Transport after talking with several other companies to move two vehicles from california to Kentucky. Debbie of Secure Auto was very polite and returned all calls and seem to have all the right answers for moving my vehicles. She promised to have them picked-up on the 15th after a $200.00 deposited was charge to my credit card. 5 day after the pick-up date still no truck. talked to Debbie on a daily basis and promised daily a truck would be found. Moved to Kentucky without my vehicles because Debbie promised they would get moved. Finally Debbie stated that they could not move my vehicle and would refund my $200.00 deposit. Well that never happen and return call to me about this matter stopped, not even costumers service reps would return calls. Contacted the BBB and the Floorida State Division of Consumer Services and they refused to cooperate with both of them. I am now file a complaint with Department of Transportation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
