A very very dishonest company

I have a very very bad experience with Secure auto transport. I was contacted by email and phone by Debbie from secure auto transport again and again. She is a very lively with and glib sales agent with Secure auto transport. But thats the catch. I trusted her professionalism, and placed an order. She contacted me again about faxing my credit card details. Urgency and threat of not getting the same rate unless I send the details, aroused my suspision. I searched internet, and found problems associated with late shipping, poor customer service, and concern for shipping priorities, hence hastened to cancel my order, and predictably could not reach anybody :( on phone/ email. I left voicemail about order calcellation, and return of my deposit. I also called my credit card company to cancel the payment.

But since I faxed the order, despite intent of cancellation, I did not get refund. I just considered myself lucky to have escaped this scam run as a business, with only deposit gone. I placed an order with different company . (A2B transport in case you need to know.). Meanwhile. I placed order on 2nd June, and wanted pickup between 9th and 15th June. But since Secure is broker, and they did not cancel order, a driver finally contacted me on 16 July for pickup!d more than month after earliest pickup date. I told him that I had cancelled order, and both of us cursed secure auto transport. This is a very bad company. There might have been few satisfied customers.. but these people are very devious about not making clear the inherent variability in shipping business, and only care about your deposit, and nothing else. Very unprofessional. I hope they go out of business/ or at least would be buyers read this post and not get entangled in this ripoff.
