Sales rep, Ashley Fletcher, gave me a quote to transport 2 cars from Florida to Oregon. She informed me that she had 3 spots available on the date I requested and delivery would take 5 days. On the date of pickup no truck and no Ashley. Contacted cust service and they did not have my record but promised to pick up within 24-48 hours. Now I'm in Oregon and 6 days later my cars are still in my driveway in Florida. I tried calling every number for Secure Auto Transport but was unable to concect with anyone. These people are total scammers and I would run, not walk, away from them.

I still have the original email from Ashley to prove my statements.
