Charged Credit Card and Did Not Pick Up Car

On July 10th,2008 I called Secure Auto Transport after receiving a bid from them online. I gave them my credit card to charge $150 with the balance due of $350 when the car was deliverd from Arizona to California. They committed to pick up the car on July 14th. I left the car in Arizona at a repair shop for pick up because I moved to California. Secure Auto Transport did not pick up the car and will not return my calls or my $150 to my credit card. I confirmed the date, location, and phone contact numbers numerous times. I need assistance in getting my money back from Troy Brunetto. My reference number is #1367074. Thank you
