The referenced two persons were very, professional. Specifically, Claire she certainly was very patient with me. At the end of the day, I was a total wreck and she had a way of calming down over the phone! Lance called me every day to let me know where he was with my vehicle. He was to arrived on January 7 and he called me on January 5 to let me know that he was a day ahead of schedule and was ready to deliver the vehicle on January 6. My sincere appreciation and many thanks to Claire and Lance!
