This is a followup to my bad experience with the late delivery and $2600 worth of damage in Oct of 2013. I am still waiting for the subrogation claim against SADA's insurance carrier. He has not returned any calls to his own carrier. Since he has not responded, his carrier may decline the claim. I would consider, if that happens, then his carrier (Markel) is as guilty has their insured.
