Overall it was a very good experience. The best was the excellent driver assigned to me, eugene. He was very careful with my car, thoroughly demonstrated that he knew the safety protocols of loading, etc. The worst part is that my car was picked up at 5PM the evening before I was to fly to Florida, so it was stressful wondering if the car was going to be picked up before I left, and conversely whether it would be delivered soon enough after I arrived. In the future, I would consider paying extra for guaranteed pickup date. It was delivered the morning of Jan. 17. I arrived on Jan. 15, so there was a day gap more than I expected.
