Anderson the AWESOME!!!! He picked up my husband's BMW a little late from the time that was originally quoted because he was coming out of NY. Fabi, (apparently a dispatcher) kept in constant contact to let me know he would be late. When he arrived (even though he had been on the road for hours) he was extremely pleasant as was his co-driver and delivered my husband's car to Florida two days later in excellent condition. We were referred to them by Ground Force One, LLC., PA. after having contracted with another company that was HORRIBLE (no room to go into details) - all this to say, my husband was in FL having to rent a car because his car was never picked up in CT as promised by another company. Out of all the transport companies I later contacted, Chase at GF1 was OUTSTANDING. He understood our frustration and said he woulld "work on it." He made it happen!
In summary, GF1 and SAMB went above and beyond all the other transport companies and should get 6 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
