Roadrunner transported my vehicle last July from Illinois to California. During transport my vehicle was damaged. Even though the driver admitted damage, they still have not paid for the repair costs. They don't return phone calls and rarely answer their phone. They play dumb when we do manage to get them on the phone. They did not respond to our complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we are currently taking them to small claims court to try and recover our losses. STAY AWAY from people!!!
