Last Thursday, April 25th I agreed to have Roadrunner Auto Transport pick up my 2021 Lincoln Nautilus from Cape Coral Florida & ship to Long Island NY. I'm giving the car to my son because I purchased a new car. I gave them my charge card info after we agreed that my car would be picked up the next day. We sat around all day waiting for them to come and get the car. No one called or showed up. I tried calling but no one answered the phones all weekend. This morning I called the guy that was so nice selling me their services. He was rude and immediately transferred me to, "someone that could help me". After 40 minutes on hold I hung up. I called Christian Hernandez (my salesman) back but now he's not answering my calls. I left a message telling him I will no longer deal with his unreliable company. I also called my charge card company & explained that I'm not accepting any charges from them. I'd rather pay a higher price and deal with a reputable company. I should have read reviews first. They have horrible reviews and many open complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
