While they are VERY difficult to get ahold of if you have any questions or need to modify your shipment, the actual driver was VERY thorough, very communicative, and the pick up/drop of were VERY easy and smooth. I was tempted to give them a 3star rating because of the difficulty getting ahold of them but ultimately it was about the ease of shipment that moved me to give them 4 stars.
